Front of House / Floor Team Member – The Oakfield

The Role – Front of House / Floor Team Member
As part of our team working in The Oakfield, you’ll be welcoming and seating guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, all while maintaining our exceptionally high standards. We’re proud to say that The Oakfield pub-restaurant (located in the heart of our zoo) won the Travellers’ Choice Award in 2020 ranking it in the top 10% of restaurants worldwide!

The Package
You’ll be working sociable hours, typically during zoo opening hours, between 9am and 6pm, although some evening work may be required for events such as weddings and corporate functions. Contract hours are 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis including weekends and bank holidays.
Our Requirements – Front of House / Floor Team Member
It would be great if you also have experience of working functions and event such as weddings and corporate meetings, however full training will be given.
