Food & Beverage Service Team Member (Customer Service)

Our Chameleon Tree restaurant and coffee house offers guests wholesome, contemporary comfort food to suit every taste in a welcoming environment that can cater for up to 420 people at any one time!

What will this role of F&B Service Team Member entail?

Playing a key part in the Food and Beverage operation, as a Food and Beverage Service Team Member you’ll focus on consistently delivering a first-class guest service.

You’ll achieve this through a variety of ways – from advising customers on products and answering their queries, efficiently operating tills, maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of all food and beverage services areas, to clearing and cleaning tables as required.

What will I need to be considered for this F&B Team Member vacancy?

  • Demonstrable customer service experience within a fast-paced environment, ideally gained within the hospitality industry
  • An abundance of enthusiasm and energy and a passion for delivering a great customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills with a confident, mature and friendly nature
  • Good team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well under pressure
  • Be honest, reliable and committed, and enjoy responsibility and exceeding expectations
  • Flexible to work extra hours / weekends as required

You’ll be employed on a fixed term contract until 10th of January 2021, with working hours to vary on a 7-day rota basis – earliest rota’d start time from 9am, and latest finish time up to 10pm. Please note, due to the nature of the business evenings and weekend work will be required, including bank holidays.
